All prices shown include VAT.

Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Switch, and Solo.
We process payments through Pay Pal express checkout secure server.
You don't need a Pay Pal account to purchase an item from us. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance – all without sharing your financial details with the seller. Plus, it’s free to send money and to sign up for an account.

Postage and Packaging

Delivery is free to any UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). We do not currently ship outside the UK. We regret we cannot cover the return postage costs if you decide to return the item(s) to us. For faulty returns please see returns section.

Delivery

We will try to ensure that your order is dispatched within 3 working days where possible, and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. A signature will be required so please ensure you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. Should an item not be in stock then we will contact you by e-mail to give a date the order is expected. Should this be longer than anticipated then you may cancel the order.

Colours

Whilst every effort has been made to capture the true likeness of the product colours, we cannot guarantee the exact colour pictured.

Returns

If you change your mind about an item you have received you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused with all labels attached and in the original packaging for a refund. All you pay for is the return postage to us.
Soiled, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted. Please make sure you include the returns note so your refund can be processed. We recommend that you return the item via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

We try to make sure that all items sent out are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you feel the product is damaged or faulty in any way, or one that you did not order, we will refund you the return postage.
